With its nicely chilled atmosphere, traditional cuisine, and Latin music in the background, Ranchero is the true Mexican in Turkey that stands out from other Mexican restaurants since it offers authentic Mexican ingredients in its menu. Our secret: our restaurant is run by a Mexican-Turkish family.
AUTHENTIC MEXICAN CUISINE IN TURKEY
Typical sauces served in restaurant branches are produced in-house, and recently Ranchero opened a facility to produce flour and corn tortillas that are the staples of the Mexican cuisine. All tortilla varieties are produced in this new facility and served fresh daily. The sauces inspired by authentic Mexican recipes are prepared using Ranchero’s signature seasoning mix.
RANCHERO meaning “Native Mexican” is run by members of Tanyeri Gonzalez family. Fruit of a passionate love story stretching from Mexico to Turkey, the first Ranchero restaurant was opened in 2005 in Suadiye to offer Istanbulites the truly authentic Mexican cuisine, which dates back to thousands of years with its roots in ancient Maya and Aztec civilizations. Soon after, it has turned into a primary meeting point for tasty food lovers. On its 5th-anniversary RANCHERO has opened a second branch in the European side at Reasürans Building in Nişantaşı.
To entertain its guests at a much more comfortable and broader space, RANCHERO moved to its new spot on Bagdat Street in 2016 and continues to thrive with love. The best Mexican in town has recently opened another branch at Watergarden, one of the most popular food and entertainment centers of the Anatolian Side, offering its guests a lively surrounding to experience the colorful culture, inviting ambiance, and authentic flavors of Mexico. And the recent addition to the chain is the new restaurant opened this year in Ankara Maidan.
