About Us
RANCHERO, which means “Native Mexican” in our language, is run by the Tanyeri González family. Born out of a passionate love story stretching from Mexico to Turkey, the venue opened its first restaurant in Suadiye in 2005 to introduce the original flavors of Mexican cuisine, which dates back thousands of years to the Aztecs and Mayans, to Istanbulites and quickly became an indispensable meeting point for food lovers. Deciding to bring Mexican flavors to the European Side, Ranchero opened its second restaurant in Nişantaşı Reasürans Bazaar on its 5th anniversary. Moving to its new location on Cadde in 2016 to host its guests coming to Suadiye in a larger and more comfortable environment, RANCHERO continues to grow with love.

The best Mexican in the city brought the colorful culture, warm ambiance and magnificent flavors of the ocean to Watergarden, the most popular food & beverage and entertainment center on the Anatolian Side, and then to Büyükyalı Fişekhane and Kanyon AVM, respectively. While Ranchero is preparing to open another new restaurant in the megacity, Kıyı İstanbul, it will soon welcome Zorlu PSM visitors at its first corner concept flavor point.
Ranchero, which introduced the capitalists to real Mexican food by opening its first restaurant outside of Istanbul in Ankara Maidan in 2020, added the One Tower and Atakule branches in 2022 and the Armada branch in 2023.
Ranchero, which produces its own sauces in all its venues, also established its own facility in order to bring the unchanging flour and corn tortilla of Mexican cuisine to its guests, just as it comes to tables in its homeland. It produces and serves all the tortilla varieties it offers in its branches daily and fresh in this facility. The sauces produced remain faithful to the original Mexican recipe and are made using a special blend of spices.
